01Earn the right to add weight. Move well first.NOT BORN STRONG. BUILT TOGETHER.
FORGE started with a few racks, a small group, and a belief that better coaching changes the way people train.
A SMALL ROOM.
A HIGH STANDARD.
In 2016, Marcus Reed opened the doors with one rule: nobody trains unseen.
He had spent years watching people work hard without a clear plan. FORGE was a response: a neighborhood club where coaching was part of the session, the groups stayed small, and progress meant more than being exhausted.
We have added space, people and programs since then. The standard has stayed the same. Know your members. Explain the work. Pay attention.

WORKOUTS.
REAL INTENT.
Working hard is the start.
Working with purpose is the difference.

Coaching, not counting.
Your coach sees the small things. The stance, the tempo, the moment you need a cue. You get attention, not just a timer.
Small groups. Bigger standards.
A maximum of 12 in our strength sessions. Enough people to bring the energy. Few enough for your coach to know your name.
Progress you can point to.
Clear training blocks, repeatable benchmarks and regular check-ins. Know what you are building, and why.
The whole training week.
Strength, conditioning, movement and recovery belong in the same conversation. We help you find the mix that makes sense.
YOUR CORNER. EVERY SESSION.
