A second pair of eyes changes the session.

The small adjustments that make coaching worth your time.

A second pair of eyes changes the session.

A clear task for every set

A coach helps turn a broad goal into something specific to practice today. That could be a more consistent setup, a different exercise option or a pace you can repeat across rounds.

Useful feedback is specific

Good feedback gives you one clear thing to try. It should make sense to you and connect to what the exercise is meant to do. Ask why a cue matters; understanding helps you use it when training independently.

“A useful plan gives you a clear reason to come back.”THE FORGE COACHING STANDARD

Progress is a conversation

Tell your coach what felt good, what was confusing and what else is happening in your week. The more useful the conversation, the more appropriate the next session can be.
